With the ability to view and access so much information online these days, it makes sense that if you are marketing a property, you want to show off as many of its features as possible in the listing to make it really stand out.
We provide aerial photography services for estate agencies, property developers, etc so that you can add drone photos to pretty much any property listing.
There are many advantages of using drone photography for property listings, aside from the obvious:
- Show the true extent of the size of a property
- Showcase not only the property but also its settings and surroundings
- Photograph the property from difficult angles that may not be possible from the ground but can easily done by getting airborne
- Get a true plan view (overhead, looking down) of the property
- Far more cost effective than using a helicopter or light aircraft to obtain the photos
The suitability isn’t just limited to large, prestigious properties, almost any property would benefit from some aerial shots to add to the listing.
Our standard package includes multiple photos from different angles, taken at the highest resolution possible, retouched and exported as high quality jpegs.
We offer a fast turn around service (if required) where we can usually get the proofs back to you on the same day.
If you have other or additional requirements, such as requiring web resolution images, wanting the property boundaries indicated on the images or wanting the RAW images then we can do this for you as well.
Please note that we reserve the right to retain copyright of all images that we capture, so that we can use them for marketing purposes, etc.
Should your shoot be of a confidential nature, we are happy to enter into an NDA. We are also happy to discuss assigning copyright where required.
Want Video?
Why stop at photos? We can film and produce high resolution video to go alongside the photos we take.
Please bear in mind that filing and editing video is more time consuming and expensive than photography. We would not usually be able to produce an edited video on the same day as shooting the footage.
Site Assessment
We will assess each site for suitability and safety based on its location. Please bear in mind that properties in heavily built up areas will naturally be more challenging than those in a rural setting.
Job Pricing
We normally charge for this kind of work on a per job basis but if you are planning a number of projects and would like to make regular use of our services, working on a retained basis, then please get in touch to discuss this in more detail.
